Anyone can instruct us directly. We work for property professionals, agents, private sellers, private landlords and anyone else that has a need for Muuvpro services.
We operate seven days a week and can book appointments to suit you. Contact us to discuss availability for your particular requirements.
All of our team members are insured, qualified appropriately, ID checked and DBS checked to ensure peace of mind and quality of service is maintained.
We are set up to provide a UK national service. If for some reason we are unable to cover a particular job to our usual high standards of service delivery we will notify you immediately.
We take customer service very seriously like any committed business should. If you are not satisfied in any way with the service you have received please contact us urgently and we will do our upmost to resolve the situation.
We aim to provide completed work within 24 hours of an appointment. There are rare occasions where this is not possible however, for example unregistered addresses for an EPC. We will keep you updated should there be any delays that are out of our control.
We understand there are circumstances where you may have to rearrange or cancel an appointment. If we are notified with more than 24 hours notice rearrangements or cancellations are at no cost. Should an appointment be cancelled/rearranged with less than 24 hours notice or we are unable to gain access at the time of the appointment the full fee of the job will be charged.
